Appointments & Cancellations

We understand that emergencies and unexpected priorities may arise. We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate and reschedule your appointment based on availability.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service amount for repeated cancellations.

No Show Policy

In the event of a no-show, the full value of the booked service will be charged.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest. Full service charges will still apply.

Health & Wellness Considerations

Please inform us of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, skin sensitivities, or allergies prior to your service.
For your safety, treatments may be rescheduled if you are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition.

Quiet Spa Environment

Please help us preserve a peaceful atmosphere.
Mobile devices should be silenced or turned off.
Soft voices are appreciated in treatment and relaxation areas.
Children under 12 are not permitted in the spa area unless receiving a service and accompanied by an adult.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in service prices.
Tipping is at your discretion and always appreciated.

Payment, Promotions & Gift Cards

We accept all major credit cards and spa gift cards.
Gift cards must be presented at the time of service and are not redeemable for cash.
Special offers and promotions cannot be combined. Only one offer may be applied per visit.
Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
We are happy to honor valid promotions only if you can provide proof of the offer from an original source, such as a printed coupon or a direct link to the promotion. We cannot accept screenshots without a visible source, expired offers, or third-party promotions not authorized by Serenity Massage Naples.

Respect & Safety

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited: inappropriate touching, sexual advances or requests, lewd or suggestive comments, exposure or gestures of a sexual nature, and any conduct that makes staff uncomfortable or violates our professional standards.

Violators will be immediately dismissed from the premises, denied future service, and reported to law enforcement when appropriate.

Valuables

Serenity Massage Naples is not responsible for lost or misplaced items on property.

Gift Card Policy

All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
Gift cards never expire and remain valid for a lifetime. They may be used at any time toward any spa service or package.
Remaining balances on gift cards cannot be used toward gratuities or therapist tips.
